The direct e-commerce cargo route from Changsha

On the morning of May 28, on the cargo apron of Changsha Huanghua International Airport, an all-cargo plane loaded 22 tons of 35,000 cross-border e-commerce parcels and flew to Moscow, the capital of Russia, and the Hunan Post's chartered flight from Russia to Russia made its maiden flight. This flight is also Hunan's first export cross-border e-commerce freight line using the 9610 declaration + mail transportation supervision model, marking the official opening of the first direct e-commerce freight route from Changsha to Moscow.
The special charter flights are operated 3 times a week. After the goods fly to Moscow, they will be transferred to major cities in Russia. The time for parcels to reach Russian consumers has been shortened from 20-30 days to about 10 days. The 9610+ postal route is a set of special supervision models formed after repeated communication, exploration and testing between Hunan Post and Changsha Customs. It provides a good operating environment for the development of the province’s export cross-border e-commerce and strengthens the export of cross-border e-commerce in Changsha. The soft power of the commercial comprehensive pilot zone has attracted strong e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress and Cainiao as well as logistics services to settle and cooperate.
