Container trailer service

VIPUTRANS provides container trailer services. We can arrange container trailers from various ports across the country to load containers at the factory and then return them to the terminal. There are sufficient container trailers at various ports. Container trailers often encounter the situation where the goods cannot be loaded in one day. The trailer needs to wait for one more night at the factory to complete the loading. We will reasonably charge a certain overnight fee.

Container trailer loading service

Container trailer loading service is provided by VIPUTRANS to facilitate customers in some distant ports or when the goods in a container come from different suppliers and a temporary consolidation warehouse is needed to collect the goods, load all the goods into a container, and send them to the same consignee, a foreign buyer.

Types of export declarations

General trade export declaration tax refund: The factory or export trading company provides a complete set of export declaration information. We will act as the agent for the enterprise to declare the export goods to the customs and obtain the export declaration receipt and return it to the factory. The factory or export trading company obtains the customs tax refund subsidy within a certain period of time according to the corresponding customs tax refund rules.

Buy bill declaration: For enterprises without export documents and authority, since the shipper cannot provide export declaration information, we purchase a set of export declaration information in the market and declare the export to the customs. Since there is no actual VAT invoice, this type of buy bill export declaration method cannot obtain national tax refund.

Export fumigation

Fumigation in international logistics refers to the fumigation treatment required by the importing country for products containing logs (unprocessed wood) or wooden packaging, and requires the importer to provide a "fumigation certificate". If this treatment is not done, the goods will be refused entry.

Generally, the fumigation address is in the exporting country. For example, in China, fumigation work needs to be done before the goods are exported. It can also be done in the importing country, but when the goods arrive in the importing country, there are many difficulties in importing this work, and the cost is high and the requirements are high. Therefore, it is best to choose to do this work before exporting.

Why do we need to fumigate products?

Because wood products may contain animals, insects or plants that are not found in the importing countries. In order to prevent the invasion of species from causing damage to the original state of the country, some countries in the world have initiated fumigation treatment for imported wood products to minimize the damage to the country's ecology caused by species invasion.

How to get a fumigation certificate

Entrust a fumigation and disinfection agency or an international freight forwarder to issue a fumigation certificate after the product has been actually fumigated.

How much does a fumigation certificate cost?

The cost of a fumigation certificate depends on where it is made and the quantity of goods. The main components are: door-to-door fee, fumigation fee, overtime pay, and other fees. There are some differences in the charges in different regions. The general charges in China are:

1. For LCL products shipped by sea, the fumigation and disinfection company will go to the factory to place the medicine: about USD75. There is a certain door-to-door service fee for door-to-door placement of medicine.

2. For full container shipped by sea: 20FT is about USD90, 40FT is about USD120

Special regulations for quarantine fumigation

1. The wooden packaging provided by the customer must be new wood boards, dry, bark-free, without obvious insect holes, and suitable for fumigation.

2. For export to Australia, please confirm the packaging of this batch of goods according to regulations (one must be selected):

□ No plastic packaging is used in this batch of goods.

□ This batch of goods is fumigated before using plastic packaging.

□ The plastic packaging used for this batch of goods meets the packaging and perforation standards specified in the AQIS methyl bromide fumigation standard.
