On March, 2019

Russian CTS Company contacted with VIPUTRANS for big project delay solution.
Their several China factories production line caused some problem and lead to the big delay delivery, only output from the end of March to 10, April each week for some orders.

CTS terminal customers gave final warning that they want to end cooperation with CTS and they will charge CTS big volume penalty according to contract if they can’t receive cargo before 15, April.

CTS found 4-5 China logistics companies and asked to give solution and quotation, after communication they chose VIPUTRANS as the third logistics company to solve the issue together shoulder in shoulder finally.

Cooperation Process

Communicated with several factories of CTS, there is different delivery time and located in different cities, some cargoes are in Jiangsu provinces, some cargoes are in Guangdong province.
VIPUTRANS compared the volume and delivery time from each factory and made solution according to terminal customers’ deadline.

Warehouse consolidation in Shenzhen the biggest volume factories located, provide repackage, pallets and label logo value-added service after collected cargo from several factories, Reduce supply chain time and cost.

After warehouse consolidation ,load full 20.5truck cargo to airport in 30hours.

Load part several days late cargo into train container from factories to airport directly by the faster way in 12 hours.

VIPUTRANS optimize airline solution, arrange 3 cargo plane flights to load all cargo from 3 different airports by the cheapest option and control transit time in 9 hours with direct flight.

Support factory to prepare relative China export declaration document timely and make export customs clearance on time.

Cargo insurance policy for whole project cargo to avoid any damage loss.

Russian customs clearance support and truck distribution service to terminal customers.

Repair and combine part cargo in Russian hub warehouse

In the end of April, terminal customers set up products timely on the street and save much money and time.
