Cooperation Back Ground
On March, 2019
Russian CTS Company contacted with VIPUTRANS for big project delay solution.
Their several China factories production line caused some problem and lead to the big delay delivery, only output from the end of March to 10, April each week for some orders.
CTS terminal customers gave final warning that they want to end cooperation with CTS and they will charge CTS big volume penalty according to contract if they can’t receive cargo before 15, April.
CTS found 4-5 China logistics companies and asked to give solution and quotation, after communication they chose VIPUTRANS as the third logistics company to solve the issue together shoulder in shoulder finally.
Cooperation Process
Communicated with several factories of CTS, there is different delivery time and located in different cities, some cargoes are in Jiangsu provinces, some cargoes are in Guangdong province.
VIPUTRANS compared the volume and delivery time from each factory and made solution according to terminal customers' deadline.
