General trade

   One, definition and code

  General trade refers to the unilateral import or unilateral export trade of enterprises with import and export rights in China. The code of this trade method is '0110', abbreviated as: general trade.

   2. Scope of application

   (1) This trade method includes:

1. Import and export goods that are transacted through normal trading;  

2. Import and export goods for farming with incoming materials, planting with incoming materials;   

3. In the processing trade with imported materials, machinery and equipment provided by the other party at a price or free of charge;   

4. Imported food and meal condiments for tourist hotels and hotels;   

5. Import and export goods aided by loan (including our own purchase of imported materials using loan funds);   

6. Foreign-invested enterprises use domestic raw materials to process products for export or purchase goods for domestic exports upon approval;   

7. Domestic enterprises engaged in leasing business purchase goods for leasing;  

8. The enterprise operating the bonded warehouse business purchases goods for its own use;   

9. Enterprises dealing in duty-free goods and duty-free foreign exchange commodities purchase goods such as trolleys and shelves for personal use;   

10. Foreign-invested enterprises import materials and parts for processing domestic products;  

11. Domestic fuel added by foreign ships and airplanes in my country;  

12. Import and export goods in indirect trade with Taiwan.

   (2) This trade method does not include:

  1. Import and export sample advertising products, the trade method code is '3010' (sample advertising product A), '3039' (sample advertising product B);   

2. Units without import and export rights are approved to temporarily import and export goods, and the trade mode code is '9739';   

3. Individual industrial and commercial persons import small-scale production tools, and the trade method codes are '4310', '4339';   

4. The machinery and equipment acquired abroad during the period of domestic and foreign contracted projects shall be shipped back to the country, and the trade mode code is '3410';  

5. For overseas labor service cooperation projects, the counterparty uses physical products to compensate for the goods imported by our labor workers (such as steel, wood, fertilizer, seafood, etc.), and the trade mode code is '3410'.

   barter trade

   One, definition and code

  Barter trade refers to a trade in which exported goods are directly exchanged for imported goods without the medium of currency. The code of this trade method is '0130', abbreviated as: barter trade.

   2. Scope of application

  This trade method includes barter trade with 26 countries including the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, as well as with other countries.

  This trade method does not include:

   1. The trade in which a barter contract is signed in the small trade with Taiwan, and the trade in which a barter contract is signed in the small trade with Taiwan shall be 'other trade' (9737).  

2. The trade in which a barter contract is signed in the frontier small-value trade should be a 'frontier small-value' (4019).

  Incoming processing and assembly trade

   One, definition and code

(1) Processing and assembly trade with supplied materials refers to the provision of all or part of raw materials, auxiliary materials, parts, components, accessories and packaging materials (hereinafter referred to as 'materials and parts') by foreign businessmen. If necessary, equipment shall be provided by us. According to the requirements of processing and assembly, the finished product is delivered to the other party for sale, we collect labor payment, the price of the equipment provided by the other party, and our labor payment is a form of transaction.

   The trade code of imported materials and exported finished products under the processing and assembly trade with supplied materials is '0214', abbreviated as: processing with supplied materials.

   (2) Imported equipment for processing and assembling with supplied materials refers to equipment provided by foreign companies (including items attached to the equipment) under the processing and assembling trade with supplied materials, including imported equipment that is reimbursed at work fees (or price difference) and equipment provided by foreign companies for free.

  The code for the trade mode of imported processing and assembling equipment is '0220', abbreviated as: incoming equipment.

(3) The carry-over of surplus materials from processing with supplied materials refers to the transfer of surplus imported materials from the contract manual (that is, the manual for surplus materials transfer out) into the same contract after the completion of the contract under the processing of supplied materials or the suspension for some reason. The enterprise's other processing trade contract manuals (that is, the remaining materials are transferred to the manual) continue to be processed and re-exported.

   Abbreviation: Incoming materials and surplus materials are carried forward, trade mode code: 0200.

   (4) Return of finished products processed by supplied materials means that finished processed products that have been exported under processing on supplied materials are returned to China for various reasons and re-exported after reprocessing.

   Abbreviation: Return of incoming finished products, trade code: 4400.

   (5) Processing and re-shipment of export materials with supplied materials refers to the corners, scraps and surplus materials produced during the processing of imported raw materials that are re-shipped out of the country.

   Abbreviation: comeback of incoming materials, trade method code: 0265.

  This trade method includes processing and returning the exported materials with supplied materials.  

(6) Carry-over goods for deep processing of incoming materials refer to goods that have been carried forward in the customs and are not directly exported, but transferred to other domestic entities (including foreign-invested enterprises) that undertake the processing and re-export of imported materials and parts for reprocessing and assembly. Finished or semi-finished products processed from materials.

   2. Scope of application

  This trade method does not include:

   (1) Domestic sales of remaining materials and approved imported materials or finished products under the contract for processing and assembly of supplied materials for domestic sales. The trading method is 'domestic sales of incoming materials' (0245) and 'domestic sales of incoming finished products' (0345).

   (2) The mode of import and export goods trade for 'incoming farming' and 'incoming farming' should be 'general trade' (0110).

  Incoming processing for domestic sales

  Incoming processing goods for domestic sale refers to goods imported from processing and assembly trade with supplied materials or processed finished products that are not re-exported for domestic sale upon approval, including goods that the customs finds that relevant enterprises are selling domestically without authorization and are allowed to complete import procedures.

  The code for the domestic sales of finished products with incoming materials is '0345', abbreviated as: domestic sales of finished products with incoming materials. The trade code for transferring incoming materials to domestic sales is '0245', abbreviated as: domestic sales of incoming materials.

   2. Scope of application

  This trade method includes goods processed with imported materials in special economic zones and bonded areas for domestic sales.

  This trade method does not include:

  1. The finished or semi-finished products processed with supplied materials are transferred to other units that undertake the processing and re-export business of imported materials for reprocessing and assembling. The trade method should be 'carry-over goods for deep processing with supplied materials' (0255).

   2. The Customs found out that the relevant enterprise sold domestically without authorization as smuggling.

   compensation trade

   One, definition and code

Compensation trade refers to the production of technology or equipment provided by overseas manufacturers or the use of foreign export credits. Our enterprises (including 'foreign-invested enterprises') carry out production and repay the counterparty's technology, equipment prices or loan principal and interest in installments by reselling their products. means of transaction. Including the approval of the economic and trade department, the use of other products produced by the enterprise (including enterprise consortia) to be sold back to the other party for indirect compensation.

   The code of this trade mode is '0513', abbreviated as: compensation trade.

   2. Scope of application

   This trade method includes machinery and equipment, tools and molds provided by the other party for compensation or free of charge.

  This trade method does not include:

   (1) Directly use domestic products to exchange equipment, materials or finished products with foreign manufacturers, exchange goods for goods, the trade method is 'barter trade' (0130).

   (2) Foreign exchange is charged for export products, and the trade method is 'general trade' (0110).

   (3) If there is a contract for processing with supplied materials in the compensation trade contract, the part of the contract for processing with supplied materials shall be traded with 'processing with supplied materials' (0214).

   Imported Processing Trade

   One, definition and code

   Imported processing trade is divided into 'imported processing non-corresponding contract' and 'imported processing counterpart contract' according to the form of foreign contract.

(1) 'Non-matching contract for processing with imported materials' means that our enterprise with the right to import and export foreign trade uses foreign exchange to purchase imported raw materials, materials, auxiliary materials, components, parts, accessories and packaging materials (hereinafter referred to as materials) , The transaction form of processing finished or semi-finished products and then selling them back for export. The code of this trade method is '0715', abbreviation: non-matching feed.

(2) 'Incoming processing counterparty contract' refers to the transaction form in which the buyer and the seller separately sign the import and export counterparty contract. When the materials are imported, we pay for the materials first, and when the processed finished products are exported, we will collect the payment for the exported finished products from the other party, including Use foreign exchange counterparty contracts or counterpart joint contracts of different customers and counterparty contracts for opening letters of credit.    (3) Imported processing and re-exported materials refer to the remaining raw materials processed and imported for re-shipping out of the country and the corners and waste generated during the processing. Abbreviation: incoming and outgoing materials, the trade mode code is '0664'.

   This trade method includes the processing of imported materials and the exchange of outbound materials.

(4) Carry-over goods for deep processing of imported materials refer to the original goods that have been carried forward through customs and are not directly exported, but are transferred to other domestic entities (including foreign-invested enterprises) that undertake re-processing and assembly of imported materials and parts. Finished or semi-finished products processed by feed materials. Abbreviation: incoming material carried forward goods, the trade mode code is '0654'.

   This trade method includes the goods that are returned from the bonded zone and the goods that are returned from the bonded warehouse are imported as deep-processed materials.

(5) The carry-over of surplus materials from imported materials processing refers to the transfer of the remaining imported materials from the contract manual (that is, the surplus material transfer-out manual) to the same enterprise after the completion of the performance of the next contract under the imported materials processing or the suspension for some reason. Other processing trade contract manuals (that is, the remaining materials are transferred to the manual) continue to be processed and re-exported.    (6) Return of finished products processed with imported materials means that processed finished products that have been exported under imported processing are returned to China for various reasons and re-exported after reprocessing. Abbreviation: Return of incoming finished products, trade mode code: 4600.

   2. Scope of application

   This trade method includes imported materials and parts processed under the contract for processing with imported materials and products processed for export, as well as imported main and auxiliary materials and parts provided by foreign businessmen in the processing trade with imported materials for free.

  This trade method does not include:

   (1) For imported materials, parts or finished products that are approved for domestic sale with imported materials, the trading method shall be 'domestic sales of imported finished products' (0744) and domestic sales of imported materials (0644).

   (2) A bonded factory approved by the customs to process imported materials and exported finished products should be 'bonded factory' (1215).

   (3) Imported machinery and equipment provided by the other party at a price or free of charge under the processing contract with imported materials shall be traded as 'general trade' (0110).

   (4) Foreign-invested enterprises import materials and process export products in order to perform product export contracts, and their trading method should be 'three-input processing' (2215).
