New requirements for packaging and list rules

In addition to certificates, customs authorities have implemented strict new counting and declaration requirements for the goods themselves. The quantity of each item must be specified per column for every product name accompanying the shipment; consolidated quantities are no longer permitted.

Please strictly follow these guidelines when completing your packing list and customs declaration:

Specify the quantity per item: Each listed product name must clearly indicate its piece count.

Handling mixed packaging (multiple items in one box/pallet): If several different products are packed together in one package or pallet, you must declare as follows:

The first listed product must state the piece count/pallet count.

All subsequent products within the same packaging must be marked in the quantity column as: “Part of this place / часть места” (or “Part of pallets / Часть мест / поддон”).

Example: If your total shipment is 5 pallets, Product A must show “(5 pallets)”. Products B, C, and D (sharing these pallets) must show “(Часть мест / поддон)”.
