FTL shipping refers to a situation where a customer charters an entire truck (or an entire trailer) to transport their goods exclusively.
1. Domestic Consignment + Preparation:
The shipper submits cargo information, prepares all necessary customs clearance documents, and completes the customs declaration authorization. We will pick up the goods on-site and transport them to our warehouse for consolidated container loading.
2. FTL Trucking via TIR Shipping → Xinjiang Border Crossing:
Goods depart from consolidation warehouses in Shenzhen, Yiwu, Guangzhou, etc., and are transported by FTL truck over long distances to the Xinjiang border crossing, where export customs clearance is processed.
3. Border Exit + Cross-Border Transportation:
After customs clearance and release, vehicles queue to exit the country, first entering Kazakhstan, then traversing Russia and Belarus, and finally arriving at the EU border. The entire journey is tracked via GPS.
4. EU Entry + Customs Clearance:
The shipment enters the EU via Poland and proceeds to Belgium for customs clearance.
5. Final FTL Trucking Delivery in Europe:
After customs clearance, the goods are transported to a European hub warehouse for unloading and sorting, then delivered directly to the final destination by DPD, UPS, DHL, or a trucking company.
Door-to-door delivery takes approximately 18–22 days (50% faster than sea freight, which takes 45–55 days, and 40% faster than rail freight, which takes 35 days).
Routes can be flexibly adjusted based on road conditions, traffic congestion, and policies, allowing for the flexible selection of border crossings for exiting or entering Europe, without reliance on fixed schedules. Immediate Departure:
Departure occurs as soon as the shipment is loaded; daily departures ensure no backlogs or delays during peak seasons. Full-Journey Tracking: Real-time tracking of the transport route ensures safety and control. Moderate Costs: Approximately one-third the cost of air freight, offering outstanding value for money.

1. Cargo Weight and Volume: Based on the total weight and volume of the cargo, you can quickly rule out vehicle models with insufficient load capacity or cargo space.
2. Dimensions of Individual Cargo Items: Compare the length, width, and height of individual cargo items to ensure they all fall within the cargo compartment’s effective internal dimensions. This is crucial to determining whether the cargo will “fit inside.”
Special note: For cargo dimensions approaching the upper limits, sufficient operating space must be reserved for loading/unloading equipment (such as forklifts)—
For example, when using a forklift, the sum of the cargo height and the fork height must never exceed the clear height of the cargo compartment door frame.
3. Whether cargo can be stacked: The maximum number of Euro pallets (120 x 80 cm standard pallets) that each vehicle model can carry when cargo is not stacked:
Non-stackable cargo (e.g., precision instruments, cargo with sharp corners): Focus on the cargo compartment floor area to ensure the cargo can be loaded flat;
Stackable cargo (e.g., standard cardboard boxes): Can fully utilize the cargo compartment height.
Capacity Shortages and Uncertainty:
During peak shipping seasons or at specific times, it is common to encounter situations where “no trucks are available” or “promised truck slots are canceled at the last minute,” resulting in factories being unable to meet supply demands.
Hidden Fees and Quotation Traps:
Initial freight rates may seem low, but during actual operations, various surcharges—such as fuel surcharges, demurrage fees, and tolls—are added, causing final logistics costs to exceed the budget.
Cargo Tracking of Truck Shipping:
Full truckload shipments (such as large machinery and precision equipment) are extremely valuable, yet many trucking companies lack robust tracking systems. Customers are unable to monitor vehicle locations and border crossing statuses in real time, causing significant anxiety.
Cross-border Hurdles:
During international road transport, issues such as border congestion, poor coordination with customs brokers, and vehicle changes during the overseas leg often result in overall transit times exceeding expectations.
Loading/Unloading Safety and Claims Difficulties:
The lack of professional loading guidance leads to cargo damage during long-distance transport, followed by protracted and ambiguous claims disputes where liability is unclear.

Capacity Shortages and Uncertainty
Since 2018, when we began specializing in TIR transport between Russia and Europe, we have established close partnerships with high-quality trucking fleets. We provide dedicated services to B2B clients, ensuring that vehicles are available at every stage of the journey.
Experience:
During the peak shipping season—such as the period leading up to the Chinese New Year or on the China-Russia and China-Central Asia routes—the market typically faces a severe shortage of available trucks.
At such times, we prioritize our long-term manufacturing clients. For example, for project cargo shipped regularly to Belarus and Uzbekistan, we secure specific truck license plate numbers and driver information two weeks before the goods are shipped, thereby preventing clients from incurring high penalty fees from overseas buyers due to logistics delays.
As a member of the WCA, all our quotes are transparent, all-inclusive freight rates based on an assessment of the actual goods description, dimensions, and road conditions.
Experience:
Many clients have been taken advantage of by hidden charges such as port surcharges and fees for extended detention. Our sales team clearly outlines all potential additional charges at both the port of origin and destination (such as the number of days of free storage for delayed cargo) in the contract during the inquiry stage. When handling full-truckload projects for the export of heavy machinery to Europe, even in the face of short-term fluctuations in fuel rates along the route, we strictly adhere to the initial locked-in quote, enabling our clients’ procurement and finance departments to achieve absolutely precise cost accounting.

High-value cargo cannot afford to be “out of sight once it leaves the warehouse.” We have established a strict operational reporting SOP to give customers 100% visibility into their cargo.
Experience:
Our team provides customers with updates on vehicle progress at set times each day (via WhatsApp or email). In March 2026, while transporting a shipment of high-value cross-border electronics, the client not only received standard daily progress reports but also received real-time operational updates with on-site photos whenever the vehicle arrived at key border crossings (such as Khorgos and Alashankou) to await transshipment or customs clearance. This high-frequency, transparent communication completely eliminated the shipper’s anxiety.
The core challenges of cross-border road logistics lie in customs and border crossings. We possess extensive expertise in pre-reviewing documentation, enabling us to minimize delays caused by border congestion.
Experience:
Under traditional models, shipments often face weeks of delays at the border due to document deficiencies. We initiate a rigorous pre-clearance review of documents before loading and maintain close coordination with customs brokers in both the origin and destination countries. For eligible cross-border shipments, goods bypass cumbersome transshipment at the border and cross directly under customs seals, ensuring that the overall transit time for China-Russia or Europe routes remains firmly within the expected timeframe.
The physical safety of cargo is the bottom line in logistics. We provide customized lashing and securing guidelines for special, oversized, and high-precision cargo, and establish a clear system for defining responsibilities.
Experience:
In January 2026, when transporting large industrial machine tools or irregularly shaped equipment, we not only dispatched specialized vehicles equipped with air suspension but also required on-site operators to strictly follow the guidance protocols for securing the cargo. Before sealing the vehicle, we photographed the securing details from multiple angles, documented the process, and shared the records with the client. In the event of an accident due to force majeure, our comprehensive chain of photographic evidence and clear delineation of responsibilities allow us to swiftly coordinate with insurance companies to initiate the claims process, ensuring our clients are never left to navigate lengthy and fruitless disputes.
