In 2026, our company received an order to deliver electrical appliances within a 12-day timeframe to meet the peak consumer shopping season. The goods were destined for sale on marketplaces such as Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market. The shipment involved several challenges: strict safety and certification requirements for battery-powered products, as well as the risk of external packaging damage or component deterioration due to humidity during potential transshipment. After a thorough analysis of the situation, we opted for a solution utilizing the TIR system.

Three suppliers delivered the goods to our warehouse in Yiwu, where we consolidated the cargo. Our team handled the export documentation and verified compliance with Chinese regulations, promptly preparing the necessary customs declarations for battery-equipped goods and ensuring full regulatory adherence prior to dispatch.

After the vehicle was loaded and sealed in Yiwu, it traveled north and crossed the border via the Manzhouli checkpoint. Thanks to the advantages of the TIR customs procedure, the cargo proceeded directly to the client's warehouse in St. Petersburg without the need for intermediate unloading or transshipment. The entire journey took 10 days, allowing us to beat the scheduled 12-day deadline.
