On June 16, the establishment ceremony of Hainan Port and Shipping Logistics Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Yangpu, Hainan. Following the instruction of Mr. Zhou Junping, Secretary of the Working Committee of the Management Committee of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Port and Shipping Logistics Group Co., Ltd. was formally established.

Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hainan Provincial Transportation Department, Hainan Provincial Ship Pilot Station, Yangpu Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China, Hainan Yangpu Entry-Exit Border Checkpoint, Yangpu Port Customs and other relevant leaders attended the ceremony and invited Hainan Port Logistics Customers and friends of the Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Hong Kong Airlines Logistics Group) witnessed the establishment of the company. Port and Shipping Logistics Group is the only regional integrated logistics platform of COSCO Shipping Group in Hainan Province. All the logistics resources of Hainan Port and Shipping Holdings and COSCO Shipping Logistics in Hainan Island will be injected into this platform. It is the gathering of COSCO Shipping Group's logistics resources in Hainan. . This is another measure taken by COSCO SHIPPING Group to implement the 'Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port' of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.
