In the future, the member states of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a specialized agency of the United Nations, signed Annex 18 of the Chicago Convention and published the 'Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air' (TI) ). IATA changed its RAR to 'DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS' for short DGR, and its basic content is consistent with the TI of ICAO.
