by:VIPUTRANS     2020-05-25
In trade terms, FCA (free carrier), that is, the freight carrier (designated place), the term can be used for various modes of transportation (including multimodal transport). FCA trade terms refer to the fact that as long as the seller delivers the goods to the carrier designated by the buyer at the designated place and has gone through the export customs clearance procedure, the delivery is completed. It should be noted that the choice of delivery location will have an impact on the obligation to load and unload at that location. If the seller delivers at its place, the seller should be responsible for loading, if the seller delivers at any other place, the seller is not responsible for unloading.
