On June 28, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and other five departments jointly issued the 'Notice on Continued Promotion of Special Actions for Urban and Rural Efficient Distribution.'

The notice clarified the special action objectives, tasks and specific measures of the second batch of 10 cities (Baoding, Tangshan, Tonghua, Nanchang, Jinan, Linyi, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Luzhou, Suining) of the special action for urban and rural efficient distribution, and further enhanced the special action Pertinence and effectiveness.

The notice requires that all localities should further improve their political positions and take special actions as an important starting point for speeding up the smooth industrial cycle, market cycle, and economic and social cycle; further strengthen organizational leadership and strengthen the coordination mechanism of urban and rural distribution work; and further strengthen urban and rural efficient distribution The main responsibility of the city for the special action is to strengthen exploration and innovation in promoting the standardization of logistics distribution vehicles, promoting the upward movement of agricultural products and the two-way circulation of urban and rural areas.

The notice emphasized that local commercial authorities should guide relevant cities to establish work ledgers, formulate timetables and roadmaps, and submit work ledgers and performance evaluation materials on time; they must base themselves on local reality and do a good job of copying and promoting experience.
