Air freight withdrawal process

by:VIPUTRANS     2020-09-04
Both the owner and the agent do not want the withdrawal of the goods to happen, but sometimes it is always unavoidable to withdraw the goods, so what should be done when the goods really need to be withdrawn in practice? Today, I will take you to understand the process of air cargo withdrawal.

1. Withdrawal of direct export cargo

1. Withdrawal of goods where the master order is not released after swiping the card

(1) The dispatching department provides the 'withdrawal application' and the corresponding master order to the customs declaration department;

(2) The customs declaration department deletes the form;

(3) The customs declaration department will return the master order confirmed by the customs to the dispatch department;

(4) The warehousing department will withdraw the goods on site with the confirmed master bill.

2. Withdrawal of goods whose master order has been released

(1) The dispatching department provides the 'customs clearance application' and the corresponding master order to the customs declaration department;

(4) The warehousing department withdraws the goods on site with the 'Customs Return' master order.

3. After the master order is released, the withdrawal of the master order must be replaced

(1) The dispatching department provides the application and original release master order to the customs declaration department;
